Hammann, an award-winning communications executive and lifelong entrepreneur, Sway was created to bring the power of strategic integrated marketing communications (IMC) to colleges and universities of all sizes, many of which are experiencing existential challenges more significant than any seen in recent generations. 

The Sway team has over 50 years of experience in higher education, specializing in strategy, marketing, and communications — the critical drivers to survive and thrive in challenging times.
